\nB2受体兴奋剂一间羟舒喘宁，子宫收缩消失，局部血流显著改善，疼痛完全缓解。由此可见原发性痛经是由子宫收缩过强引起肌层缺血所致。<br/>　　原发性痛经患者内膜及月经血中PGs上的含量明显高于无痛经妇女，而近年来倾向于痛经与内膜释放叹。过多有关。有人测定正常和痛经妇女月经第一天内膜中PGF2a的含量，正常妇女内膜中 \nPGF2a含量的均值为4.5 nmol/L（434 pg／mL）。痛经患者内膜中 PGF2a含量的均值为 17.20 nmol/L／差异极为显著。在经血出现48 \nh内释出 \nPGs最多，这与临床痉挛性疼痛出现时间及持续情况完全一致，而且应用PGs合成抑制剂如甲灭酸类、吲哚蚓唑类衍生物（消炎痛）类、苯甲酸衍生物（布洛芬）等治疗原发性痛经有效，也说明了这一点。<br/>　　（二）自体激素因素<br/>　　原发性痛经多发生在有排卵月经周期，说明原发性痛经与排卵后自体激素的释放有关。而内膜中PGs的含量也呈周期性变化，PGFa的 \n浓度从内膜增殖期到分泌期逐渐升高，月经期达峰值。青春期少女无排卵，无痛经，其时
