normal;\">　　腱鞘炎就是在手上肌腱和壳板交界的地方形成的炎症，它是非细菌性的炎症，这就是腱鞘炎，腱鞘就象一个宝剑鞘一样，腱就是壳一样，插头地方摩擦，比如经常干活的，经常用手的人就容易形成磨损，形成炎症，形成水肿。表现主要是疼痛，局部压疼，活动的时候疼。另外就是压疼，在什么地方按疼，比如在在鞘管的地方，这个交界处都可能造成腱鞘炎。主要预防如下：</p>\n<p normal;\">　　养成劳作后用温水洗手的习惯，不宜用冷水，适时活动手，并自行按摩。得了此病，贵在早治，以免迁延成慢性。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 26px; padding: 8px 0px; font-size: 14px; overflow: hidden; font-family: Tahoma, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal;\">　　当刺痛开始时，可以做些温和的手部运动以缓解疼痛。旋转手腕是简单的运动之一。转动手腕约2分钟。可以运动所有的腕肌，恢复血液循环，并消除手腕的弯曲姿势，此弯曲姿势常引起手腕痛等症状。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; normal;\">　　当你休息时，避免使手低于肩膀。以桌面支撑手肘，或将手肘靠在椅把上。保持手朝上。这是有益的休息姿势。抬起手，高过头部，一边旋转手臂一边旋转手腕。如此帮助你的肩膀、颈部、上臂调整位置。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; line-height: 26px; padding: 8px 0px;
