16px\">16年过完春节后，自己总是感觉到膝盖后面有点酸酸的，但没其他影响。随着时间的推移，腿酸的感觉越来越重，在7月份左右就开始平躺睡不着觉，但侧躺没影响，就这样到了9月中旬去医院查出来腰突。当时医生说也有点严重，需要手术治疗，接着就去了另外一家医院，医生同样说需要手术治疗，我很难接受这个情况，因为当时除了腿酸没有其他问题能蹦能跳的，后来就去牵引啊，倒走游泳吊单杆，这里要提醒大家的是不要轻易去正骨推拿这样的，我个人经历，在11月份正骨3次后病情变得严重，开始出现走路腿刺痛，走不久。11月底再去医院，医院的医生说我可以保守治疗，当时很开心，以为可以不用手术了。12月中旬情况加重，出现脊柱侧弯，因为走路右腿很痛所以脊柱本能的出现了侧弯，当时挺慌张的，就请假回老家休养了。回家后去当地的成功治疗腰突的有名气的医生那里看病，医生要我回家牵引，一天能牵引多久就多久，然后又吃中药，然后卧床，就这样开始漫长的卧床之旅，过年了大家在外面玩聊天我依然在卧床，很多亲戚朋友都很诧异，我这个年纪，大家可以想象当时我内心的苦楚。</span></p><p style=\"font-family:宋体\">自身有疾病了，那就肯定要治的，听医生的理疗，外加口服药，至此才感受到什么是人生最难熬的事</span>:那就是理疗的每天那二小时，先是医生那双有力的手，腰椎骨都要被捏碎一样，并且还把他一百七八重的身体站在我腰部踩，然后又是牵引，感觉像腰椎骨被拉散了一样。本来还不是很疼的，经这么一折腾，严重了:原来只坐骨神经疼的，弄得左腿也有感觉了。本来说一月为一个疗程的，我做了二十几天就不去了。受不了！此时的状态是:躺着不能翻身、站着就不能坐下、坐着呢又站不起来，更不用说做事了。不过有一条我坚持下来了，那就是睡木板床，要家人买厚木板钉的，到现在还在睡木板床，习惯了。</span></p><p style=\"font-family:宋体\">在这个时候，我都感觉自己成废人了，任何事都做不了，连生活自理都困难重重</span>:像穿裤子和袜子，因无法弯下腰；还有大号……总之无可名状的痛苦，对于无时不在疼痛，选择手术吧，只要不疼就好！心里这样想，但因是腰部手术，弄得不好会瘫痪，这可不是想要的，死都无所谓，就是千万别瘫！就去问—个曾做了手术的人。她说她是八十年代做的手术，当时也是疼得眼泪在眼框打转转时才决定做的，直到现在都还在后悔。我问她为什么？她说手术就是把骨头砍开，把里面突出到神经管压迫神经的那一点点东西割掉，手术不能保证百分百成功，有伤到神经瘫痪的，也有手术后复发的，关键是手术让腰这一重要部位变得非常脆弱，手术非常痛苦，像砍猪排一样，而且复发后更加棘手……她现在就是干一点体力活或变天腰部受寒凉就有感觉，听得我咋舌，咱还是另觅他途吧。牵引，还是选择牵引，自己买了这么一套“刑具”在家拉，不用去医院，不用花不菲的医疗费，想拉多久就多久。</span></p><p
