\n养成劳作后用温水洗手的习惯,不宜用冷水,适时活动手,并自行按摩。得了此病,贵在早治,以免迁延成慢性。
\n旋转手腕
\n当刺痛开始时,可以做些温和的手部运动以缓解疼痛。旋转手腕是简单的运动之一。转动手腕约2分钟。可以运动所有的腕肌肉,恢复血液循环,并消除手腕的弯曲姿势,此弯手姿势常引起手腕痛等症状。
\n抬起手臂
\n抬起手,高过头部,一边旋转手臂一边旋转手腕。如此帮助你的肩膀、颈部、上背调整位置,并纾解压力及张力。
\n转动头颓
\n工作间隙应休息一会,将手摆在桌面,旋转头部2分钟。向前及向后弯脖子,用头点两肩,扭一扭脖子,看左肩、看右肩。
\n定时运动
\n每天运动及松弛所有酸痛肌肉是很重要的,即使你未感觉疼痛。前面介绍过的局部运动,每天至少应练习4次。
\n冰敷
\n冰敷可消肿。切勿以热敷袋敷手腕,以免扩大发肿部位。
\n将手抬高
\n当你休息时,避免使手低于肩膀。以桌面支撑手肘,或将手肘靠在椅把上。保持手朝上。这是有益的休息姿势。
\n握拳练习
\n轻轻握起拳头,然后张开,将手指伸直。如此反复练习有助于纾解刺痛。
\n避免手臂下垂
\n睡觉时,保持手臂靠近身体,且手腕不弯曲。假使让手垂在床边,将增加手的压力。
\n小心使用工具
\n使用工具时,勿将压力集中于手腕基部。尽量使用手肘及肩膀。
\n多食蔬莱
\n多食蔬菜,如油菜、青菜、芹菜等,多食富含蛋白质和瘦肉、鸡肉、蛋、豆浆等。
\n多食水果
\n可以吃一些桔子、苹果、生梨、山楂等,以补充维生素和均衡营养。
