style=\"font-family:宋体\">大部分胶质瘤患者很关心的一个问题就是胶质瘤的检查都有哪些？第一个要做的是头颅</span>CT，可以初步判断是否有颅内占位。如果有胶质瘤的话，在CT表现为脑部低信号病变，低级别胶质瘤一般看不到病灶周围水肿，高级别胶质瘤常会伴有病灶周围水肿，CT还可以发现有无出血钙化，肿瘤伴有钙化的，肿瘤的病理类型为少枝可能性大，表现为高信号提示肿瘤的恶性程度比较高。除了头部CT外，需要做个核磁共振，在显示肿瘤的部位、性质等方面要优于CT检查。低级别胶质瘤在核磁共振上表现为T1低信号、T2高信号，白质表现，与周围的脑部正常组织在影像上较为清晰的边界，肿瘤周围水肿不明显表现，病变不强化。而高级别胶质瘤一般信号会不均，T1低信号、T2高信号，有出血的话T1也可能出现高信号，肿瘤与周围脑组织边界不清，水肿严重。还有可能做其他一些检查，比如正电子发射断层扫描、磁共振波谱等检查，进一步了解病变的糖代谢及其他分子代谢情况，从而进行鉴别诊断。</span></p><p style=\"text-indent:32px;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:200%\"><span style=\";font-family:宋体;line-height:200%;font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family:宋体\">还会有些病变，比如脑炎，缺血等跟胶质瘤影像上会非常相似，不是很容易区分，最终的确诊还是需要病理诊断。胶质瘤患者首先是通过这些检查，对胶质瘤的部位以及恶性程度进行一个初步的临床判断，大致给一个等级，性质，然后决定手术后，病理诊断的结果为准。</span></span></p><p style=\"margin-top: 0px; style=\"font-size:14px;line-height:200%;font-family:宋体;color:#2E2E2E\">　　胶质瘤患者常见的症状就是颅内压高，引发头疼，据调查显示，用海蜇煎液，以0.8～1.0毫升/公斤静脉注射于麻醉兔，可以降低血压，并使小肠容积增加(舒张血管)，肾容积缩小(可能由于肾缺血)。以此煎液灌注于兔耳血管及蛙全身血管后，亦有扩张血管的作用。临床上用雪羹汤(海蜇与荸荠合剂)治疗各期高血压，疗效满意及进步者达82.6％，可长期服用而无毒性与副作用，对早期患者更为适合。</span></p><p style=\"font-family:宋体\">胶质瘤手术后发烧也是一个比较常见的症状，那该怎么去处理呢？也是大部分患者以及家属很关心地问题。因为患者会在开颅手术后身体非常虚弱，身体抵抗力会有所下降，抵抗外界的入侵显得微不足道，很容易产生发烧症状，这时候是非常需要患者家属对其进行很好的护理工作的，比如说做些有营养的食物给患者吃，患者平时喜欢吃的，可口的食物，这样身体会慢慢恢复过来。如果是高烧不退，可以先进行一定的物理降温，必要时找医生给患者进行药物控制，这样使患者能舒服点，调整好心态，好好吃饭多休息，也是会慢慢恢复过来的，患者和家属一定不能着急！还有一种情况是颅内感染，这样会比较麻烦点，这时一定要联系医生，说明情况，通过治疗来进行控制缓解，一般在一周左右就会得到有效改善，如果比较严重的是需要考虑再次开颅进行处理。</span></span></p><p
