#000000;\">　　上肢放射性疼痛和麻木：沿受累神经根的走行和支配区放射，具有特征性，称为根性疼痛。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; overflow: hidden; color: #000000;\">　　患侧上肢感觉沉重，握力减退，有时可出现持物坠落。晚期可出现肌肉萎缩。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; overflow: hidden; color: #000000;\">　　脊髓受压的主要原因是中央后突之髓核、椎体后缘骨赘、增生肥大的黄韧带及钙化的后纵韧带等。该型致残率高，起病缓慢，以40-60岁的中年人为多。可合并发育性颈椎管狭窄，有时伴发根型颈椎病。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; overflow: hidden; color: #000000;\">　　症状：出现一侧或双侧下肢麻木、沉重感&rarr;行走困难、下肢各组肌肉发紧，拾步慢，不能快走。双脚有踩棉花感。</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; overflow: hidden; color:
