style=\"font-family:宋体\">除此以外，长期采取低头的姿势打字，也会造成局部肌肉酸疼和劳损。因为当颈部肌肉处于紧张收缩状态时，肌肉里面血管的血流速度会变慢，而血液流速变慢，则会影响人体自身正常的代谢反应，使体内堆积的废物无法顺畅地排出，这样就会刺激到相关组织和神经，进而出现局部肌肉酸疼、劳损等症状。我们常说</span>“骨肉相连”，人体肌肉紧紧包裹在骨骼周围，就好比骨骼的保护屏障，一旦肌肉出了问题，骨骼的安全性也就没有保障了，容易受损。所以当颈部肌肉发生劳损后，颈椎受损也在劫难逃。</span></p><p
