style=\";font-family:宋体;line-height:200%;font-size:16px\">医生解释说，耳可以分为内、中、外三个部分，中耳通过耳咽管跟鼻咽部相通。小孩子的咽鼓管接近水平位，而且管腔较短，内径较宽，所以当小孩子得急性上呼吸道感染，如感冒、急性异炎、急性咽炎时，细菌就很容易通过咽鼓管进入到中耳，再加上豆豆喜欢回吸鼻腔分泌物，就更容易引起中耳炎。这种中耳炎起初是分泌性中耳炎，若治疗不及时往往可进展为急性化脓性中耳炎，常伴有发热、头痛、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等全身症状。</span></p><p
