\n腰肌劳损是一种常见的腰部疾病,是指腰部一侧或两侧或正中等处发生疼痛之症,既是多种疾病的一个症状,又可作为独立的疾病,其实质为腰部肌肉及其附着点的筋膜、韧带甚或骨膜的慢性损伤性炎症。可见于现代医学所称之肾病、风湿病、类风湿病、腰肌劳损脊椎及外伤、妇科等疾病。又称“功能性腰痛”或“腰背肌筋膜炎”等,在慢性腰痛中,本病占的比例最大。
\n气温过低、湿度大易加重腰肌劳损
\n(一)外伤 急性腰扭伤未获适当治疗或治疗不彻底,迁延而成慢性腰部损伤。
\n(二)长期反复的过度腰部运动及过度负荷。如长时期坐位、久站或从弯腰位到直立位手持重物、抬物均可使腰肌长期处于高张力状态,久而久之可导致慢性腰肌劳损。
\n(三)先天性畸形。如单侧的腰椎骶化、横突肥大或腰椎两侧小关节发育的不对称,均可使腰部失去正常的稳定而出现疼痛。
\n(四)气候环境。慢性腰肌劳损与气候环境条件也有一定关系,气温过低或湿度太大都可促发或加重腰肌劳损。
\n腰肌劳损康复 如何做呢?
\n中医认为,腰为肾之府,由于劳损于肾,或平素体虚,肾气虚弱,肾的精气不能充养筋骨、经络,故患部多为气血不畅或瘀血滞留于经络,血不荣筋,筋脉不舒,而致腰部筋挛疼痛。肾气虚弱,风寒湿邪易于乘虚侵袭,久而不散,筋肌转趋弛弱,若患者弯腰劳作,则弛弱之筋肌易于损伤,使劳损与寒湿并病。
\n防止受凉受风:秋冬季尤其要注意。
\n医疗体操防治腰肌劳损:体育锻炼对防治腰肌劳损及功能恢复有重要作用。可以进行俯卧位的背伸锻炼(“小燕飞”),仰卧位的“三点式”和“五点式”等锻炼,适当进行游泳及户外活动,对提高腰背肌对冷暖变换的刺激非常有益。
\n休息与固定:当病人腰部疼痛较重时应当卧床休息,最好睡硬板床,也可暂时用腰围保护。但须注意,腰围不能持续佩带,每天应进行适当的背肌和腰肌锻炼。
